Vamo vs Yoga-Go
Yoga-Go is a different kind of app: low-intensity yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi, 7 to 30 minutes at a time, built for beginners and for people who want to move without strain. It does none of what Vamo does, and Vamo does not do yoga.
If you are choosing between them you are really choosing what kind of training you want. Here is what each one is, what each costs, and where the overlap ends.

The difference
What Vamo does that Yoga-Go does not
A different job
Yoga-Go is guided movement. Vamo is a training programme: loading blocks, deloads, reps in reserve, run paces from your 5K time. Neither replaces the other.
Your data, in the plan
Vamo reads steps, weight and sleep from Apple Health and your rides and runs from Strava. Yoga-Go, by its own account, does not connect to Apple Health or a watch.
Free to log, clear to cancel
Vamo's logging and history are free, the trial is 14 days, and the subscription renews at £7.99 a month through your Apple ID, where you cancel it. Yoga-Go has no free tier and offers a discounted first month rather than a free trial.
Questions
Vamo or Yoga-Go?
Does Vamo have yoga or Pilates?
No. Vamo programmes strength, running, cycling and swimming, plus nutrition. If you want yoga, Yoga-Go or a class is the right tool, and there is nothing wrong with using both.
Is Yoga-Go free?
No. Its own pricing page says new users get a discounted first month rather than a free trial. Monthly plans on the UK App Store are listed at £12.99 to £24.99.
Does Yoga-Go work with Apple Watch?
Yoga-Go's help centre says it does not currently integrate with Apple Health or smartwatches. Vamo reads sleep, steps and weight from Apple Health.
Is Vamo suitable for beginners?
Yes. Beginners get full-body sessions, lower volume, and never train closer than two reps from failure. If you are managing an injury, tell Vamo and it programmes around it. If movement without strain is the goal, Yoga-Go may suit you better.
